RÛTE PLANNER · RV & TRAILER TRIPS
Give the towing trip a little more thought.
A campground entrance, an awkward turn, a fuel stop with an unfamiliar approach. RÛTE Planner helps you review those details before you leave with your RV or trailer.
Compare the route
Enter your departure and destination, add stops in travel order and compare available route alternatives. Open the route overview to review roads and individual turns.
Towing turn screening highlights maneuvers that deserve attention. An unmarked turn is not a verified safe turn.
Check the entrance
Search for a campground, business or address, then choose the entrance you actually intend to use. Review the approach on the map before adding it to your plan.
Find fuel and other stops along a route, then consider the entrance and exit for your combination.
Prepare your tow setup
Save a named vehicle and trailer combination, confirm its dimensions and loaded weight, and select the setup for today’s trip. Review which measurements were supplied to the routing service.
Missing measurements and incomplete road data mean clearance remains unverified. Length, axle limits and seasonal or local access are not fully covered.
Take the plan with you
Review weather and manual fuel estimates, prepare a departure checklist, and print a route PDF. Account saves let you open plans on another device.
Open a saved trip in RÛTE Drive, review the remaining stops and calculate a fresh route before starting guidance.
