MEET RÛTE
The drive to work. The weekend away. The road between.
RÛTE (Rute) is navigation and trip-planning software by True Anchor LLC, built for everyday driving and trips with an RV or trailer. Plan ahead in Planner, navigate in Web Drive, or request access to the Android app with Android Auto support.

LOW BRIDGES & YOUR RIG
A low bridge can change the whole trip. Load your tow setup and RÛTE includes its height when requesting a route. Where height restrictions are mapped, that can mean taking the longer way around before you start driving.
Your saved vehicle height goes into the route request, along with supplied width and loaded weight.
Mapped restrictions help the routing service avoid unsuitable roads. RÛTE rejects routes that report a height, width or weight violation.
The selected measurements also apply in Web Drive and the Android Drive / Android Auto beta. A Planner trip is not required.
Coverage is incomplete; follow posted restrictions. The optional web map’s U markers mean height unknown. Numeric clearance markers are still in development.

There’s the fuel stop with room to pull in. The campground entrance you want to get right. The weather ahead. And the list of little things to check before you leave. RÛTE gives those details a place in the plan.
GET TO KNOW YOUR RÛTE
Start with the big picture. Keep the next step close at hand.
Give the whole trip a little more thought before you leave.
A familiar driving view, right in your browser.
Bring along a saved plan, review a stop before adding it, and check unfamiliar roads before you leave.
Account saves let you open plans on another device. Review the day, remaining stops and vehicle, then calculate a fresh route before Start. Active navigation and live checklist progress do not transfer.
Forest-road review covers Hiawatha and Ottawa. Community reports are an invited pilot. Local events and broader road-access analysis remain planned.
A growing beta, built with your feedback. Web Drive needs an internet connection and location permission, and must stay visible for guidance. Selected height, width and actual loaded weight are requested from Mapbox, and reported violations are rejected. Missing measurements, incomplete coverage, seasonal/local access, length, axle loads and physical clearance remain unverified; review the route for your setup.
YOUR VEHICLE. YOUR KIND OF TRIP.
The idea behind RÛTE is simple: the tool you take camping should still be useful when you head back to work.
Whether you drive a car, a motorhome, a work truck, or a pickup with a trailer, RÛTE is being built to bring everyday driving and thoughtful trip planning closer together.
NEXT STOP
In testing, with Android Auto support for your vehicle’s screen. The connected phone offers trip preparation, passenger tools and arrival controls; Show map keeps the phone map available. Save current location captures a reviewed parking or entrance pin on the phone without changing guidance. Public availability is coming soon.
WHY WE’RE BUILDING IT
RÛTE began with the frustrations of planning and driving with a trailer: awkward turns, uncertain roads, and tools that didn’t quite fit the trip. It’s a True Anchor LLC project, shaped by real travel and the people trying it along the way.
We’re building toward one connected experience for planning the weekend away and navigating the ordinary day. If you have an idea, a rough edge to report, or a trip that taught you something, we’d like to hear it.
