RÛTE Drive brings your route, upcoming turns and trip tools into a driving view. Use it for the trip to work or take a reviewed Planner trip along for the weekend.
Android navigation with Android Auto
The native RÛTE Drive app is in beta testing. Prepare a destination on your Android phone, review the route while parked, and use a compatible Android Auto display for guidance.
The phone and Android Auto share a navigation session. Trip tools include stop searches and reviews of added driving time and miles before you confirm a stop.
Android access requires beta enrollment. Request access before trying to install; this is not a public Play Store launch.
Web navigation in your browser
Web Drive offers a location-following map, upcoming turns and access to saved Planner trips on a compatible phone, tablet or Chromebook.
Allow precise location, review your route and select Start. Keep the page visible during guidance. Use Recover route when you need to review a new route.
Web Drive is a beta and requires internet. It does not project to Android Auto or provide offline navigation. Browser voice and screen-awake behavior vary by device.

Driving a car today and towing this weekend? Review your driving mode and vehicle setup before each trip. RÛTE Planner helps you arrange stops, review entrances and look through route alternatives before departure.
Routing data and turn screening cannot guarantee clearance or suitable access. Check posted restrictions, conditions and the approach to each stop.
Daily Drive stays free
Normal car navigation, voice, traffic, route recovery, saved places, local checklists, nearby weather and finding fuel stay free without a subscription or trial. Guest Daily navigation needs no account or card. Plus adds Large vehicle/Towing routes, Planner itineraries and advanced trip tools. A Plus trial, when offered, lasts 14 days and requires no card. Feature availability varies by platform; supported native car displays have no separate Daily fee.
