Planning and safe use

RÛTE Planner is an early-stage trip-planning service under active development. It helps you compare routes, organize stops and review directions. Routes, travel times, search results, entrance pins and checklists may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.

Routes use the Mapbox driving profile. In Large vehicle and Towing modes, Planner and Web Drive request supplied height, width and actual loaded combination weight and reject returned restriction violations. This does not establish complete provider coverage or verification of road-level clearance, length, axle loads, grades, seasonal/local access or towing suitability. Missing measurements remain unknown. The Planner does not certify a route as safe for your vehicle or trailer.

Before traveling, review the route and verify restrictions, entrances and conditions with reliable current sources. Road signs, legal restrictions, closures, actual conditions and your judgment take priority over displayed directions. Do not operate the Planner while driving. Stop safely before using it. A checklist supports your preparation and does not replace inspections, manufacturer instructions or required safety checks.

Free Daily Drive and optional Plus

Normal Daily driving is free without a subscription or trial. Plus covers Large vehicle/Towing routes, Planner itineraries and advanced travel tools; see the feature and price comparison. Available paid plans are USD $5.99 monthly or $49.99 annually. A no-card trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Choosing a paid subscription starts billing immediately and renews automatically until canceled. Cancellation preserves access until the paid period ends.

Expiry keeps your saved data and free Daily features available. It does not stop an accepted navigation session or silently remove its vehicle restrictions. Feature availability varies by platform and beta stage.

Accounts and your information

Keep your account access secure and use information you are entitled to provide. You remain responsible for your trip details, selected pins and measurements. Review exports and printed documents before using or sharing them; they may contain home locations and other sensitive information. Keep copies of important plans. Device storage, account synchronization, maps and printed output may fail or become unavailable. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.

Permitted use

You may use the Planner for lawful trip planning. You retain rights to information you supply and allow us and our providers to process it as needed to provide the service. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or make abusive automated requests. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

RÛTE branding and software belong to True Anchor LLC or their respective owners. Maps, search results and other provider content remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable terms. Keep required map attribution intact and do not redistribute provider content beyond permitted uses.

Availability and responsibility

We may change, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Planner is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate planning information, unsafe driving, or unavailable third-party services, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Review them when returning to the service. If you disagree with the terms, stop using the Planner. Questions: connect@trueanchor.us.
